Eduardo grew up in the small, poor Puerto Rican neighborhood of Bajura. He attended the University of Puerto Rico in Arecibo. He threw shot put, discus, and participated in olympic-style weightlifting. He began working alongside some of the coaches at the University to help his fellow athletes. He finished at the University with a BS in Microbiology and minors in Chemistry & Psychology. Since then he has acquired an extensive amount of fitness certifications, worked as a PT Technician, and gone to Massage Therapy School. Eduardo works with a very diverse range of populations, from professional and collegiate athletes to ex-couch potatoes. He has worked with beauty pageant contestants and models, as well as weightlifters, police officers, fireman, military personnel, and athletes of every sport. No matter your age, background, or occupation, Eduardo’s goal is to guide you through the best route to achieve and maintain your desired fitness level, and at the same time make it as fun as possible.
